Frequently Asked Questions
When Can I Start Therapy? After the consultation all clients are scheduled within 2-5 days with your therapist. We understand the need to start therapy so we reduce wait time as much as possible
Do you accept insurance? What are the costs? We accept credit cards, HSA cards, Flex Spending accounts, checks, or cash. We are considered “out of network” for most insurance plans (as are most specialized therapists), but we can provide you with an invoice to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Our fees range depending on what speciality you are looking for, either individual therapy or couples therapy. The range for a standard 50-minute session is $230-$270.
Can I do therapy for my relationship without being in couples counseling? Yes, you absolutely can do relationship therapy solo without doing therapy with your partner. We work with individuals that want to talk about their marriage, current or past relationship. That individual therapy is time for just you.
How often should we do couples therapy? Most of our couples see us weekly or every two weeks. The frequency of therapy sessions depends on current issues. We start off with at least 4 weekly sessions and then if you're in a good spot to start bi-weekly therapy we transition to meet your needs
Do you offer in person therapy options? We offer in person therapy as well as virtual. Whatever is the most convenient. We also offer evening during the week and Saturday sessions.
