Online Group Therapy in California
Why Do I Keep Doing This in Relationships?
A virtual process group for people who recognize anxious attachment in themselves, tired of feeling needy, tired of getting into relationships that don't work — and are ready to finally shift it, with others who actually get it.
This virtual group is available to people who live anywhere in California like San Jose, San Diego, San Francisco, Campbell, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Dublin, and other California communities.
Anxious attachment isn't a character flaw.
It's a learned pattern.
Anxious attachment is a real thing. It can make it hard to date and feel secure in relationships.
Anxious attachment can make you question "am I crazy?" "am I the problem?" "what did I do wrong?" "will I never be good enough?'
This anxious attachment group is about saying - I am tired of this but I will get better. You will learn to address the wounds that got you to this position. You did not develop anxious attachment because your needs were met and you were given real love and care--you developed anxious attachment because you were deprived, ignored, and most likely mistreated.
So now is the time to take ownership of this anxiety but learn how to address it and actually date people that are healthy for you.
You want a supportive, caring, appreciative partner who will see the way you give as a strength not take advantage of it. If you keep being attracted to avoidant partners then the anxious cycle begins all over again and we don't want that.

Learn How to Stop Attaching To The
Wrong People
This anxious attachment style group in California is meant to help you stop attaching to people that don't GIVE A F%#K ABOUT YOU!
Because attaching to unhealthy people isn't good for your health so we have a group where you can meet other women who get it and it's led by a licensed marriage and family therapist in Campbell, CA that has been helping people just like you practice the art of detachment because they know how clingy you can be, not because you are too much but because you are working too damn hard to get the approval from someone who doesn't give a flying F%#k about you.
1
Can't Stand Silence
You check your phone constantly, even when you tell yourself you won't. Silence from someone you care about can ruin a whole afternoon — sometimes a whole week.
2
Questioning Yourself
You know intellectually that you're "too much" — but knowing doesn't stop the spiral. You overanalyze texts, brood over tone, replay conversations like a detective looking for clues.
3
Repeating Cycle
Part of you is exhausted by how much you feel. You want closeness but closeness scares you. You want someone to stay but expect them to leave. And somehow, sometimes, they do.

We'll make sure the group is the right fit for where you are right now. If it is, we'll handle paperwork, telehealth consent, and get you onboarded.
3. Founding cohort launch
The group opens when we have 5–6 committed members. You'll help set the meeting time. No one enters an empty room.
4. Weekly sessions
Show up, bring what's alive for you, and let the group do what groups do best: reflect, challenge, and hold you in ways one-on-one therapy simply can't.

Why no insurance at Healing Therapy Services?
This group is private pay only — and that's an intentional choice, not a limitation.
When insurance is involved, a psychiatric diagnosis is required and goes on your permanent medical record. It also limits how we work and for how long. Private pay means you're in control: no label, no restrictions, no insurer telling us what "counts."
At $95/session, group therapy costs significantly less than individual therapy — while often being more powerful for attachment and relationship work specifically.
